SPIFFS were commission paid on appliances. The Chinese OT was screwed up. THe more you worked the lower your hourly rate got. It was punishing you for working more hours.

Chinese ot is base pay that stays the same no matter hrs worked untill you hit min wage i.e $300 /wh no matter ot. Spiffs were commish paid on sos.
If you are stupid enough to believe anything they say. I been with company back when Chinese Overtime was around and it's been worse year after year. Drop of SPIFF's stopped me from caring..
