Humana priority is their shareholders not members or employees.

Was informed some HCM RNs are able to meet 11 to 12 calls per day in an 8 hour day. Ok but how effective are they in meeting there members needs? The requirements for completing needs for some of the members take longer than 10 minutes. Sometimes it takes that long just to find out what you can do to help or listenening to the member complain about Humana denying an Inpatient stay or not approving a medication rhey need.. And then convincing them to let you help. Humana doesnt care- about the staff what makes you think they care about there members. Get real need to bail nurses before the ship sinks
