Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

AMD 1800x benchmark. Ouch....Intel is gonna be in a world of pain.

The top of the line Ryzen with turbo OFF. Still came out ahead in 6 of 8 categories. Also, single threaded performance looks great.

@1dyh - "BK is moving us someplace else" LMFAO!!!

Exactly where is BK moving us? There's certainly a lot of noise being made, but not a lot of coherent action, seems more like wheel-spinning than anything else.

Every single Intel employee should be pissing their pants based on these benchmark results.

"The AMD Ryzen 7 1800X outperformed every other CPU in 6 out of the 8 tests. Including Intel’s fastest 8 core chip, the $1099 Broadwell-E i7 6900K. The 1800X showed particularly good performance in integer math, sorting and encryption. Which bodes well for Zen’s competitiveness in the enterprise and server markets."
