Help me understand, if Fiserv has constant layoffs, how in the world does the company achieve Forbes BEST PLACES TO WORK?

They advertise in Forbes' and Fortune Media. The more they spend on advertising the more choices of lists lists they can get on. For example: to get on Forbes Most Reputable Companies they would need to spend way more than Fiserv afford. That's why you only see high revenue companies like Daimler, Microsoft, Google etc on them.
Once on these lists there's not a lot of public exposure to them. That why Fiserv plasters it internally and somewhat publicly as much as they can.
Analysts know how this game works that's the reason it doesn't carry any weight with the investment community.
I have never worked for a company where they layoff members of anew extended team month over month. Is this normal as they acquire business groups?
They pay forbes for the rating
Great question, it isn't the low cost insurance.
