Been there for 10+ years. They're thinning out the herd and rehiring with lower cost folks. More to come. The sticking it to the new folks with no pay raises for three years is 100% intentional.

Don't be claiming overtime for filling out your service reports too

To the person who has been with NOV for 3 years. You are in the same situation I am exactly. Three years no raise, good reviews, and they just don't care. I have been looking for another Job. I would love to smell the sent of a pay raise.

NOV is NOT a desirable company. Despite what they tell you about how things will be someplace else, there are plenty of companies who treat their employees very well. If you aren't happy at NOV, look for a new job. It's better than staying someplace that makes you miserable.

Two years without a raise for Service Engineers? Next month will I will "celebrate" three years at Eldridge without a raise or bonus, despite very good performance reviews,

While it could always be worse, the loyalty and drive are long gone. Not a complaint, just a fact. My only motivation anymore is hanging on long enough to escape, just like the few other good workers in this department.

If you are tempted to say don't let the door hit me on the way out and there are a million people who wish they had my job, I congratulate you. My supervision could not have stated it any better. You are NOV management material.
