When do those get paid out? I wonder if there will be a jump in the number of people leaving after the checks clear?

MIPs look good considering the reduction for the second half of last year, glad we still get them. @LZDqnlr-icv your numbers are all wrong regarding MIP.
I was misinformed merits and MIPs are being awarded. 1.5% is great I received 1.25% just checked in with my manager. MIPs are paying out at 85% and your manager determines the percentage after that, e.g., 20%, 50% of the 85%, etc. The average MIP incentive is $1,000.
We should be grateful Honeywell is awarding us anything additional considering the lackluster performance in 2016.
I'm in band 4 and got ~2% merit and an MIP comparable to the last couple of years at my review done yesterday.
Not sure where the info is coming from. I'm band 4. Got my increase statement and was shown my MIP payout. All in all. A good year. Payouts in March.
I'm a band 4 and mips and merit increases are being awarded. MIP is March 10 so you'll see it in the following g check.
Not sure about merits cause I'm announcing retirement when test check is in the bank. Besides I csn go without the 1.5 they awarded me.
Read the latest announcement. There are no merits or MIPs for manager (band 04) and above this year.
