Had 2 SMs walk out in my store over the past two days. And they're not going to be replaced. What in the hell is going on at the executive level?

They did not walk out they were let go
As a SM I can say work, more dysfunction, unrealistic expectations, moving to slow and not really changing what is wrong which is poor upper management , not the lower level management. No vision. Bad product and predictable and redundant sale strategy
I'm about to walk out I'm an SM. This is b---s--- can't function or run a store like this.
