So if I'm reading the article correctly. If MF wants a new flat screen TV, he just has to push us all to our breaking points, causing stress and frustration to us and our families and that way he can get a cash bonus?

Duh of course it is. That is barely even shocking. Insurance is a money making pyramid scheme really. Why do I work here? Because I am hoping to sincerely help the mbrs most of whom are seniors and it breaks my heart.
