currently its 24%. with ruling from korea, layoffs, no stock price increase, less salary compared to market ratio..more people leaving qcom.

Gave a notice. Fcuk off my sr staff manager. Gave a nasty feed back to hr. Told I am leaving only because of my sr dir. I never want to come back here even if I have to stay home. Hr. Wake up. Majority of the middle management is curropt.

worst is no good talent coming to fill vacancy. so this is spiral problem.
rest and vesters cannot go out. no one will hire them. they can only collect status and snatch others work , which is not needed by most of companies other than few like qcom.
most enginner who had talent and can take risk are already out. those who are talented leftover are because of some commitment like home , kids education.
many are stuck because of visa issues.
rest are overheads and just waiting for ship to sink because they cannot swim alone.
