Severance Package Now Discretionary?

I heard that BAC severance packages have recently changed. They are no longer required to provide 2 weeks per year of service. Instead the policy has changed to reflect 'discretionary'.

Who do you think wrote and amended the handbook each month. OO you think you have a contract because you swallowed the handbook koolaid. I want you to work for me so I can cheat you out of money. Another baby waking up. There is no retirement anymore.

Of course, rape the workers and sweeten the CEO's bonus. "discretionary" AKA get even and hold a grudge.
