It may not happen in 2017, but 3rd hand account from upper mgt mtgs is that "Unlimited vacations" will be limited to 3 weeks for block 5 rated employees. Only block 1 and 2 could possibly get more. Happy New Year!!!! Does anyone have any leads for Northrup Grumman or other aero bisnessees that are in growth or hiring mode instead of shriveling?

We all know how much Cote loves India and hates the US. Now he is importing a caste system before he goes. The stars (and politically astute) get plenty of vacation. The rest of you -- get back rowing. No leaning on those oars. I shouldn't put it all on Cote -- it is the GE way, don't you know.
Yep such dumb ideas. But if they want to force everyone to take a half day when they only needed an hour ... well HON is the looser. What dumbf***s!!!!
Well, in the meantime, I learned yesterday that vacation can now be taken only in 4-hour increments. I used to take an hour or two a day when it suited me. Those days are gone.
