Has anyone seen the latest "leadership" org chart for Aerospace?
Perfect question for the next town hall meeting.
"Mr. Mahoney, Why does the leadership team organizational chart have the same demographic makeup as a KKK rally?"

Why don't you get some balls and ask yourself?
These are not "leadership town hall meetings." They're more like leadership downfall meetings.
Boycott the townhall meetings,! Just maybe they might get the message!!!
Actually it's bad policy because HON is recruiting like crazy at all the diversity conferences. It is common for young women job seekers to look at the org chart -- and seeing an ENGINEERING company whose org chart only shows women as the admin and the lawyer...says you may get hired as an Eng I or II, but you'll never get past Principal Engineer. And for male minorities, they often tend to be showcased in HR and communications.
Diverting from real issues takes away any real argument you'll ever have. Don't be stupid.
But we're a diverse workforce! I saw the placard in the lobby, so that must be true!
