Craftsman sale to B&D (logistics questions)

https://searsholdings.com/press-releases/pr/2023

So the deal is in the the financials are out, real number is 525 million as the other money will take a while to obtain.

But some other questions to pose that havent been asked....

Is LIFETIME warranty still in place for hand tools?

Who is going to take ownership of that if it is?

Same goes with ratchets, whos on the hook for kits if its lifetime?

Whos on the hook for the switchout? Especially if Sears maintains LIFETIME but other retailers that will now sell Craftsman dont/wont.

Whos to "collect" those barrels of broken tools from switchouts?

Are Sears AND B&D going to manufacture at the same time or is B&D going to be the only manufacturer?

By B&Ds comments, are we to assume the "new" Crasftsman will be made in the USA by them saying they made more jobs in the USA for tool manufacturing?

The logistics is Sears gets $575M now, the creditors get $250M later. They don't give a rats rear about the rest.
