Received my check last Friday. It was about $360 less than estimated.
Houston here again (Jan 17th got my check). They took out around 900 out of a 6,300 check.
Don't really believe checks were received,cause I haven't got one yet,anyone from New Mexico gotten theirs?
Exactly what they said I'd get.... minus taxes on half of it. {thumbs up}

As of Jan 17th, got my check finally. Here in Houston if that's any help.
Just got off the phone with ILYM, Texas checks were mailed Friday.
Agreed. It is BS! I think ILYM is just as crooked as the rest of them.....
Everytime I call them it's a different story. My buddy called a few days ago and they told him they were getting dropped off for the mail. This is BS, I'm calling the attorneys and asking them WTF is going on.
Just called and they said checks for the bigger states will start being mailed out today & tomorrow. The rest of the smaller state's checks will be mailed next week.
No, we're not talking about the same. I think they originally started as separate suits, but most were merged with others, based on where they were started from. For this suit, I believe it's Neimeyer vs. Weatherford & Sheppard vs. Weatherford
I received the settlement check last week, I hope we're all talking about the same lawsuit. Vega vs Weatherford. I'm in California, hope you guys from Texas get your checks soon!!
I think the amount will vary from employee to employee - based on your tenure and position, along with whether you were a party or opt-in.

That's really funny.... On one hand we have folks saying they've received checks here in TX and yet the majority of us are getting the same sob a-- runaround story from ILYM - this week - to now don't know when.
Yesterday & TODAY AGAIN when I called, they said they were being cut "as we speak." I wished the lies would stop. Haven't they damaged enough families and taken enough from us? There are many of us that are relying on those funds to try to salvage what is left from all that's been taken.... GIVE US A BREAK!
Just called there not mailing them out until the small details of suit are figured out. Theres no time frame on checks to be mailed out now.
Same response for me too! I just literally called and they are giving the same robo response they've been giving... this week. Well honestly, I don't know what to say, this week came and went several weeks ago. For those saying they got checks in Houston, can't possibly be true - especially if the checks haven't gone out!

Echoing the previous response. I've called more than three times, once last week and once just now. Last week I was told the checks were going to be mailed out starting Friday and through the weekend. Today the lady told me this week and everything had been cleared up. I'm going to call again on Monday morning if I don't receive my check by then and lose my sh--!
Just called the administrative office which is my 3rd time since December 12th and every single time they said "checks will be mailed this week". I told the lady please quit telling callers lies and she said the while shuttering "no no there was a problem which hindered checks going out last week but they will go out this week! Reminds me of a song that goes like this:

I am only allowed to work 40 hours a week so if I have a test going I have to logout and I work on my time. At least I have a job.
How far back are they going on this? I know I personally was told to only log 80 hours in the time system, even if I worked OT, to not put the OT hours. So guess what, i didn't work OT past 2 years. Do they go back further than 2 years?

Yes I received my check and it was the amount I was suppose to get minus the taxes. Believe me if you want or don't it's fine with me because I got it. I hope everyone gets theirs right soon.

Here in California to my buddies already received their checks both on Wednesday I'm still waiting for mine and I'll be pissed at the f** thing don't come

Y'all are killing me with all this inconsistent info. I'm going to assume that those that have gotten them are in Cali (or other places)... is folks here in Texas - im sure I'm not alone - have yet to receive a thing, but "soon."
I talked to the company yesterday. They said checks weren't getting cut until today and that we should receive them next week.
