so does it mean R&D provides more challenge than regular coding groups ? Is there any official Qualcomm way for internal transfers/referrals
If you want to move because your reviews are bad then good luck. Your reviews stick with you even if you change your division.
So you want a membership to the biggest country club in Sorrento Valley .... those are hard to get unless your friend is a member. Rest&Vest.
I see people switch from QCT to QRC frequently. Not sure its good for the company since R&D requires a different mindset, but it's not uncommon.
R&D produce nothing of value
If you know someone you can otherwise you won't be able to do it.
