The lesson has not been learned by corporate & managers. The lawsuit which was almost as large as Exon has not branded any sort of a lesson on the brains of this group for its mismanagement & internal guidance lacks the guise of an intelligent persons normal reaction. The lawlessness, abuse and financial record keeping- slight of hand has only escalated. Unsusupecting govt plants in various low positions along with an independent audit of univ's areon their doorsteps. The accountability game is about to shift back. Lets see who the last man standing will be.

Oh yes harassment has been horrible. It starts from the top and trickles down. If you don't make your numbers they will find a compliance to get rid of you. They will find a compliance to terminate if they don't like you or you ruffle feathers. There are no set compliance rules - they make them up as they go along. It's ridiculous.

Is there anybody here who has been harassed for not making numbers? Or is the harassment more subtle?
