Intel needs a change, BK is the Forrest Gump of CEOs. If you listen anytime he is off script his lack of intelligence is obvious. Work hard isn't enough it has to have intelligence behind it!
Murthy is a smart guy but has no manufacturing experience and will likely dump TMG which Im Sohail and Anne are another two Gumps

@yye - just look at the deal they gave Otellini. He completely missed tablets and smart phones but got a golden parachute. Clown shoes makes that idiot look competnt. He'll also get a golden parachute to leave the titanic and the next dipshit will be worse then him and so on.
Intel will most likely not go under but its days in the sun are over.
MURTHY HAS A Iron clad payout? Sure BK does as well. Unless its for cause like s-x with dead person....ps also if you treat, abuse your Sr Exec, the next Sr hires will want more protection, more money, plus limit the pool of people willing to interview.

My guess is Tweedledee will just as poorly as Tweedledum, and that after paying Tweedledum millions in a Golden Parachute exit. It would be better fire them both without any exit payoff. The question is this -- are they "At Will" actors subject to termination at any time, or do they have fixed tenure deals that would require payout for the remaining balance of their time?
