For every worker charging a cost plus space program, Honeywell earns profit. Clearwater was a hard lesson in 2005 during a large RIF, more than 7M lost in revenue per week due to head count pushed out the door. Nothing was done to regain that revenue in 2005; today, Honeywell continues to trim its workforce. Why?
