Got confirmation today from a reliable source that 1207 is already sold to Rolls-Royce. No word in timing of exit yet or where relocation will be to.
Fear not employees who currently work in 1207, you will all be fired before we need to vacate the building. With love, ALT.
Wrong....when they file Chapter 7 they (the OWNERS in this case the share holders) have to pay the CREDITORS
The marks of a dying company: If you're in trouble, get rid of expendable costs, like employees and their benefits. If this doesn't meet expectations, then sell real estate holdings. If all else fails: file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy so you can pay off the share holders
Bld 1207 Tempe-AZ is just up for sale. Current employees reside there been told it must be vacated by Q-3, and relocated in other onsite blds being arranged.
How do you k ow it's sold ? We were told moves will start second half of the year
sold - but no news on IF HON is moving out, or going to just rent from the buyers.
