Managers and zone managers

Are they really going to remove the managers and zone managers positions?

They already don't have enough coverage in the stores and now they want to eliminate jobs!!!!! It's no wonder that upper management keeps getting all there bonuses and incentives and the people who work their butts off so that they can get let go. TOTALLY UNFAIR!!!!

It's that old saying the rich get richer and the little guy gets stepped on!!!! Sorry I just made that up but oh so true!!! Also maybe they should just let the managers who don't do their jobs or the workers who don't stay in their own departments and do the job they were hired to do, just saying!!!!!

Wake up Lowe's and don't do your managers wrong!!!

Here's my theory and it's only a theory but I'm usually right, just ask my wife. First off, I voted for Donald Trump knowing full well the impact could be HUGE on Lowe's knowing that they outsource most of their product from China. When Trump takes office it's very possible that the trade deals are renegotiated making the cheap product from China not so cheap anymore. Prices will rise and profits will be lost so Lowe's is looking cut costs now. This will be bad in the short term for a lot of people in retail but it will bring back more manufacturing jobs. I like to think of this as a hard reset but if this Country doesn't do it now we will be owned by China in the very near future.

It is all true. The store near me will know the outcome on the 20th of this month. Everyone who works there is nervous. People depending on these jobs are going to be left high and dry. It's sad...
