New titles** Sales / Support / Service - for remaining ASM
Safe DM's are ISM, PSA, LP
Everyone else will interview for new Service Manager position
Those not selected will become CSA 5 for next 12 months
OPE Specialist will become CSA
Service Managers will take on MOD responsibilities
It says csa 5 for 12 months what happens after the 12 months
All current ASM positions will be re-structured. New roles are Support, Sales, and Service. Each store will lose one. How that decision will be made is not known at this time. My guess is FIFO barring performance issues.
What about admin asm??? And the asms left will they have to reinterview???
Odd that only 1 sales specialist position is mentioned specifically and that it is the only cut position at that level (not even a management position...)
Remains to be seen if the cut the dead wood or the higher salaries...

Not all markets have CPO yet. DMIS will be retained in those without CPO. Those retained via CSA 5 will receive no cut in pay or benefits. That's the sole purpose of the position. It is transitory to ensure short-term compensation for those impacted. Once the twelve month period has expired, the position will presumably be eliminated.

I really feel sorry for the employee's that are going to be impacted by the (supposed) staffing changes. The stress levels of my coworker's is rising due to the fact of not knowing if / when any changes are going to happen.
I agree..I think it's past time to replace the CEO.

CSA 5 is a new position that will be created solely for those impacted by this restructure. Will not be available to anyone else going forward.
