Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Safe?

Is this only for the east coast? Like the CPOs and Sterling, neither have hit the west side but we're always hearing about it...

The re-structure is company-wide. The Sterling rollout has been stopped and stores that currently have it will eventually lose it. CPO rollout will continue. But, 100% market penetration will take years.

We are still using sterling but will not be rolled out to any other stores...No surprise the old school genesis is still old reliable.. also from a employee of lowes for 15 years the company is its own worst enemy. If the company would have stuck with old school tactics like having well trained associates in the aisles and everything down stocked and shelves full instead of multiple programs that get scraped within a year and trying to be on the moon and robots. We would be the leaders in Retail.

There's over 100 stores currently using Sterling, including mine. It should be dead in the water, because its a train wreck, but I can assure they've scrapped nothing.
