Maybe :)... but highly unlickely. Qualcomm has amazing people on board, how do you think they've got so many patents. And I can say only best things for their upper management. Of course NXP has also a lot to offer: upper management experienced in mergers, good engineers, geographical decentralization away from San Diego etc, so it will be a great match.
