Thread regarding Sears layoffs

If this isn't an admission of something I don't know what is

"We're determined to go out of business after J. C. Penney," said Edward Lampert, CEO of Sears. "We're not going to win this race to the bottom, but we are going to come in second!"

It's satire but based on the reality of Sears customer service. For instance, on consumeraffairs.com most companies have just one heading. But Sears has so many complaints they have to break it down into categories; Sears customer service, Sears maintenance agreements, Sears credit cards. Even Sears portrait studio gets a separate title. The company is a joke.

Is satire like a car tire or a spare tire?

That blog seemed like it was made up. I don't really believe those quotes. I highly doubt any of that was said

Even Galileo knew that two different objects can fall at the same rate.

What's clear is, both eventually end up on the ground.
