Cisco be like Avaya Networking is it for real 🤔. With money to burn they could just buy the ip and the group - use the ip retain some key r&d experts and let go every one else

It doesnt' make any sense. Why would Cisco be burdened with the duplication.

They could easily wait for Avaya to kill itself and go bankrupt and got bought out by lesser known company. They can maintain domination in the core routing and switch market
