You can say that again. Look what happened to NetApp.

They finally realized their mistake and canned most of their Bangalore group (which has been slowly increased again)

As usual, for each guy let go in US, they will hire 5 in india that will do a sh--ty work. Dell is doing that for years

A lot of innovation happens in India and it also contributes to a significant patent portfolio. Luckily it's also a cheaper place than North America/Canada and might therefore benefit from the layoffs.

The level of competency is not in India and would not count on it. Indian education lack the practical skills.

I doubt it its a cheeper location. I would say more jobs will be created there.
