New reallocation of MSHRMs to cover a bigger sales volume from more stores. The one terminating you is most likely a victim of downsizing themselves.

i know ast's are being cut all over!!! the company is going with less people more work and responsibility!!!!
Just notified I will be laid off (AST) The team will shrink from 3 to 2, and oftentimes there will only be 1 AST in the office from now on. Shame.
they are not eliminating AST supervisors, but AST associate positions are being cut all around the country based on volume. many stores will have a AST supervisor, one FT AST associate and a PT AST associate. the cuts are bad.
I am not sure if everybody has it on INSITE, but when you sign in there is a tab that says SALESFORCE. it will be the tool you use to access information instead of calling HR Services or maybe instead of going to HR or AST in the stores. HRMs were trained on using it and utilizing it now.
Are they eliminating the AST Supervisor position? Also what is salesforce?
ONEHR 2017 webinar was the other day. salesforce for everybody will be released in early April.
who will do all the other admin work with AST being cut all around the country???
They have not been the least bit compassionate to us Sales Managers...and I'm not surprised. Any question you ask about the "process" they don't have that answer or they can't disclose it. I wonder if they will get the same treatment when it's their time.
