I got RIF'd in November (Thank God!) and I thought my co-workers (AKA friends) would be following soon. Now I'm not so sure. So, I'm kind of feeling..I dunno...survivor's guilt? I feel happy for myself, but I can't enjoy it 100% because I know all of these great people are still suffering.
The plan is to screw you out of any merit increases, reduce or reject your bonuses and as for the quotas on how many can get blocks 1,2, 4, or 5s, it will be reduced drastically so there will be rare chances.
Honeywells HPD system is a subjective grudge that you can never outlive. Pefdction only lies in the political hacks that are teflon and take credit for everyone else work like.
Vacations tied to block ratings is enough to make a person crack.
I am scared, I see a lot of anger in people and they scare me, I worry that management is so tone deaf that they are making the issues worse and someone that has had enough might come in and go postal on us, I am looking to leave before that happens. I do not feel safe or appreciated any longer.

Fortunately this site can't be controlled by the corrupt, selfish and greedy Honeywell management team. You can continue to monitor this site and hopefully someone in management will realize someday that they are creating this problem. As long as you are trolling this site, go look at your competition in various industries and see how unhappy and unproductive their employees are...you won't find any of Honeywell's competition with anywhere near the level of problems with employee morale. Maybe you can recommend to Darius that he appoint someone to manage an upgrade in culture!!
