Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Honestly NO ONE IS SAFE!

Eventually Lowes will be mostly part time employees. For now the only positions safe are: LP and PSA DMs. Admin (DM) will be preformed by the new sales manager position, if that happens it would make the most sense to get rid of the Admin ASM (why have 2 managers for admin?) receiving and delivery (DM) will be preformed by another sales manager and the other 3 sales manager jobs will be given to which Ever DMs they pick and they will have 3 departments to run. soon the HR manager will be gone and preformed by 1 person that rotates stores.

And they will restructure the ASM roles, atleAst 1-2 ASMs will loose their job. Take this as a sign how they treat people, look elsewhere and don't ever think your job is "safe". EVERyONe is replaceable..

Lowes doesn't care at all. Niblock and friends just care about cash. (Which i get. If i was rich id probavly step on the peons too)

What s---s is that upper management openly asks me to be dishonest, manipulative, and overall sheisty to make my middle mgmt. Position better for me and them.

And they say its the way i could move up.

If you don't play their game you get pushed out. If you do play and they might loose something you get kicked out...

Lowe's- never stop running that bus.

PT is already the norm at Lowe's...60-70% of their store employees are PT. That explains it all.

This is part of corporate's conspiracy - to keep the working populations subdued with poverty and pay themselves as much as possible. This is the goal of every corporation.

Your goal when you interact these types is to take as much from them for as little as possible and keep them from selling you as little as possible while charging you as much as possible.

If you can sue, sue them. If class action is possible, do it.

This is the beginning of the demise of bricks and mortar retail...look at Pennys, Macys, Sears, Best Buy, many retailers are feeling the pain if they didnt react 10 years ago to the growing demand of internet sales. REtailers ignored it and are now finding out that their business model no longer works......just wait until Amazon introduces Amazon freight-put UPS and Fedex out of business or break the union....maybe a year from now
