I got the information that colleagues from TK Org (RDBMS DEV Team) have also been riffed in EMEA.
So It is not only Software Support nor hardware team.
Every BU is being hardly hit by MH, SC and LE madness.

Oracle's whole licensing model needs to change. They need to move to a subscription with an Enterprise and Standard Cloud and Enterprise and Standard options for on-premise.
No more perpetual licenses. Do everything as a subscription.
