Maybe it's time to organize a strike, or at least invite unions to come talk to Lowe's employees? Lowe's has to be restructured.
Unions can do it...they can't be worse than Lowe's corporate pigs.

Been in a union it was NOT better! Paying huge dues for no added benifits no way!
I've worked for Lowes for 16 years, it's time they treat employees right. I'm working my local union currently, its state by state. So go to your local union rep meet with them and go for it.
I wasted 16 years of being treated like crap.
