You can expect a formal meeting with your store manager and market manager where they will discuss the change and options. Unless you do not want to keep working at Lowe's DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING. The purpose of this meeting is to demote DMs or have you sign a agreement to leave your position, thus making you unable to get unemployment benefits. There will be a sign in sheet. Do not sign anything!

They never had you sign anything.
Lowe's needs to clean out the deadwood employees who are not doing their jobs. Keep your Department Managers who are working very hard to do their jobs with little help from "deadwood employees", and yes, some of them are ASM's. Lowe's has always been a great place to shop but if they start laying off all of their great employees who constantly get thanks from customers, I will have to shop elsewhere.
Left Lowes a few months ago warned people not to drink the koolaid Every change has only reduced store moral! reductions in full time staffing. We used to have customers complain about to much assistance now it's can I get some help. Lowes built its foundation on shortcomings of competing stores now they are becoming them. I feel that all big box stores have become Americas sweat shops. Low pay(unless your Sir Niblock) unattainable work goals and no respect

I can't see how Corporate expects someone that does not understand how Lowes runs to keep helping people LoveWhereTheyLive. We don't have enough people working now to help them. We are having so any turn over here its ridiculous. Might have to jump ship.
