I visit this site often... Though I no longer work for Sears, it helps to see others struggle with the same concerns I had and persevere. Thinking back to Sowing the Seeds training, routing consolidation, overwhelming the service vans with parts and then taking them off again, I share a common history with many of you. I hope everyone finds a moment to remember the more successful times, and forget the leaders who lost their integrity somewhere along the way. Best to all. -A former DSGM.

Needlessly dramatic it's a company that's going bankrupt not Jamestown.....
Maybe it won't change anything but its good to remember the good times!!
Yes, I like to remember them. I guess I'm glad that I am learning to let them be burned out so it doesn't hurt so much. I am a SHC zombie. And, no I do not like it. I liked it when I was biting at the bit to get things done. I miss those days but have finally learned to deal with the death and funeral that is upon us all. Best Wishes to all and Love. God Bless To You and Yours cause we are going down NOW. GOODBYE TO ALL MY FRIENDS ON SHORE
Frankly nothing will do any good, but if you have been with Sears for any period of time, there were good moments and people.
remembering the good times wont do any good.
