Looks like our new CEO has not wasted much time turning WFT in to his very own mini me Schlumberger project even Bernards seat is still warm.

That plan would work better than the ones I have had to deal with in the past 3 years with WTF.
That has been in the works for several years.
We are the cream of the crop. All of the old timers and high salary employees have been purged. Now we have an elite management force of ex-Schlumberger and ex-Baker employees who will make this dog into star. The plan is as follows: (1) We hire an outside consulting group to sell as much of the company (assets and business units) as we can to raise money to pay our debts. (2) We hire a Vice President to oversee the consulting group as mentioned in step one. (3) We issue more shares to raise capital to service debt. (4) We issue more bonds to pay operating costs and fines for the next quarter. (5) We move our headquarters to a platform in the arctic ( we can claim to be an independent country and not have to pay taxes to any country ). (6) With the money we save from not paying taxes, we invest in printing press machines. (7) These machines can be used to print a new "Weatherford" denomination. (8) We value our notes at let's say 1 usd. (9) We print 10 billion dollars in notes that we use to pay off all of our debts. (10) With what's left we pay all of our employees. (11) If it is still necessary to operate as an oil services company, then, we build an aircraft carrier...
Quite right -3ns1
Now go home and get your füçkin' shine box
What I think is I am a very valuable employee and there is no way the company can afford to get rid of me. Things would come to a complete stop and it would cripple productivity. I have a job for life and do not have to worry about all this nonsense.
Who giv sh-- bout dis an dat you tel me wha you tink eh?
I am sure you do not have any idea what a downhole tool is let alone know what end goes up. These electronics are not like your home computer.
Cream of the crop. That's like being the smartest kid in a special education class.
I take offense of your comment drinking Kool-Aid. My guys think we are on the right side of the decline. The only way is up from here. We are the core cream of the crop in respect to employees that are left. We can handle anything that comes our way and are here to support our organization.
I'm not sure if they've been drinking it but it looks like some people here have been bathing in the bloody Kool-Aid.
Now ethics are a number one priority at our plants here in Houston. The manufacturing of our equipment and services to our operations in the field. Our engineers are brilliant and support our business.
Ha,ha,ha best start to the week I've had in ages, this thread will keep me laughing all week long, work Ethics !!! Survivors !!! Grow !!!!! Go watch the movie Titanic and you'll see where Weatherford is going !!!!
SLB has ethics ;)
LOL
We have the best technology and products in the business. Once we can get the salespersons to get the work and keep increasing our presence in the operations sector we will grow exponentially. We have purged what was required to operate with the number one and two in the business.
Lumberdebt sounds a more believable name which is what SLB would inherit if they ever bought us out
Ex-SLB = Work Ethic? Anyone worth a sh-- is still employed by SLB. These are all hacks that were not worth a sh--.
If THIS is true, you can't make this up. Well, good luck, something tells me the survivors through this turmoil, are going to need it.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Let me jus puke
If you're ex SLB you have a lot better chance of being kept. One thing you have the right work ethics to help this great company weather through these bad times. It's people like us that can turn things around and coach the rest in this organization.
