They keep saying it's happening in waves well what if the first wave was layoffs and we are actually the second wave who all or almost all seem to have had a first package that was voided 2 minutes after it was created. Then a second one initiated about 30 minutes later that has yet to actually give us a concrete delivery date even at this point which makes no sense at this point since it's after 2pm and it's supposedly coming next day shipper to us by tomorrow night because we are all telling each other we are finding out tomorrow...

Anyhow, what if this second wave was voided and reissued not because they almost went out too soon but because we are all getting a different type of letter. We are not getting severance like the first wave, we are the ones they are terminating, not laying off...

They've had almost a year to compile reasons on us because I mean let's get real here, this restructure hasn't all been rated, reviewed by legal and MM, decided on compiled and executed in the one or two months we are assuming it took based on when we started hearing or noticing anything. It's been going on all year... duh! Well within a year you can come up with something on anyone if you just look hard enough! I know my SM could have at any point that I made any type of mistake and was completely unaware and oblivious my mistakes were being tabulated or even tracked on my end. See what I'm saying? We have a void and a resend because they almost accidentally sent us severance too but realized the mistake snd fixed it snd reset for tomorrow or whenever and THAT's the reason we have a voided one at all. Still unsure why the delivery is still not updated on them since they should be in transit snd actually on the road to us by now...

Not still waiting to be picked up. What if we are the ones not getting severance tomorrow but just info on cobra and 401K rolling? I'm hoping I'm wrong but it's better to be prepared right? I'm sorry if I'm freaking anyone out... trust me, I'm totally freaked too!

Was originally gonna happen in August. Each manager has an EOS rating that has a part in it, write ups, accountability, overall performance etc all has a factor. Years of service does not guarantee anything. Seniority only matters if your Union. They tested the staffing layout in 24 stores which was a huge success.....aside for HR. Originally HR was let go and that part turned into a huge flop. In 2015 it was called the Chicago plan and everyone knew 3-4 weeks in advance. Obviously everyone quit doing here job and thus the secret around it now.
