I'm a specialist in Alabama and im super worried about what will happen to the positions and the morale

At 2pm pay my Hr manager called me in to make sure I made my 130 meeting to discuss my new " changes to your position" There you go, O.P.E. specialist changing to c.s.a. pay? only down, cut it so corporate can pinch those pennies while my kids in college are at risk now. thanks for all my hard work for your benefit
