They already work their people short handed and too much work load that many people are getting permanent disabilities over it leave it to the company to worry about the almighty dollar rather than taking care of their employees they have done Nothing but taken the moral away from good employees once again.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous having the store manager choose which ASM goes. Because everyone knows the store manager is going to choose the one they don't like. Especially the ones that speak their minds and think about their associates. Hopefully those that knew they were being targeted kept proof of discrimination against them
The management all they want are wimps. They hate confrontation and nothing gets done. They are getting rid of anyone with a brain and keeping the mindless ones because they don't cause any problems. Why nothing is getting done is because you have too many people looking at each other saying who's going to do that work..
Do away with Niblock and you can do away with EOS.
