My store let go of 2 asm's today and on Tuesday we are going from 13 dm's to 5, the rest of which will be demoted to a csa 5 and are guaranteed a job for only a year before they have to apply for something else, or be fired.
Also I have been told that most of the specialists and pros will lose their job title and be just csa's.
This is not true. If your store did that, the SM would be fired for violating the script that they all agreed to last week.
The company will be doing this all at once. Please don't spread lies when we're less than 24 hours from the truth.
