Inventory at my past two stores were screwed up because we had a piece of sh-- department managers
This won't matter the Cycle Count program is going to doom inventory any way.. It's a disaster. Doesn't count anything important. Too busy counting low Dollar amounts.
Two csa's from each store in your district who are well versed in doing previous inventories willbe sent to the current store where inventory is taking place. That means a good quarter of the time these csa's will not be in store but helping out with inventory in a store in your district.
