While they preach community, caring and valued employees, it's all lip service... these announced layoffs are a direct result of Robert Niblocks poor management, team and failed decisions time after time. Employees are numbers to a bean counting CEO and nothing more. The deliberate succession management keeps the old boy network in place and taking care of their own. While the dedicated masses that drive the business at the local level get less and less. The ivory corporate tower snakes get more and more. It began years ago with commissions removed to pad Niblocks bottom line, being operationally challenged and sales performance dysfunctional, what else would you expect. You do not incentive sales people by taking away there incentives.
