Trump and the dude from Carl's Jr will drop this suit like a bad habit in exchange for Oracle giving Carl's Jr software. They don't want the cloud stuff even if it's free.

I think department of labor has a case. Other than new hires, Oracle always pays their employees lower than the market. You can check the salary data on Glassdoor.

Rottening from the office of the president. the salary part is probably true but it's consistent with the rest of the industry. the hiring part is all true with a catch.
