Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Sears Commissions

I work at Sears part-time and I have for about 4 years, I also have a full-time job as well with good benefits, thankfully. My question that I am curious about is, I wonder when Sears will do away with paying commissions and go straight hourly. Of course, when you are working straight commission, you are basically considered free labor, so maybe it won't happen. Any comments?

We know times are tough right now but our transformation will help us get where we need to be. With the partnerships that we have through SYWR and the leverage from our integrated retail we will come back big time and all the people that doubt us will eat their words
