NXP deal not occurring Lawsuits in Korea and US Losing business with apple over i8 Beginning of the greatest and most corrupted company in SD

Really sad to see all these things, on top of that layoffs coming, time to start working on my resume as nothing will be good in the future, I have seen this before.....beginning of the end.

Just another example how incompetent the Obama's administration is, attacking it's own key high tech company. Intelectually property and patents are not for free: you have to pay scientists and engineers to spendy many hours of heavy labor to come up with inovations and new products, and those people need food and homes for their families. No one stoped other companies to make those key patents themselves, but they were not good enough and didn't work hard enough. I am sure new administration will drop this false and unfounded lawsuit.

Being sued by the Federal Trade Commission is bad news. Anti-competitive behavior looks bad for Qualcomm.

Calm down, everything is gonna be all right. It would be madness to have lawsuits between Qualcomm and Apple, two great American companies, leaders in inovation. Apple is Qualcomm's biggest costumer. And US goverment won't attack its own company, too many jobs depend on it. Besides, Qualcomm semiconductor market share is so small there is no reasons for anti-trust investigation. Same hold for Korea: Qualcomm is partner of Samsung. The word is big enough for every company to have its share, there is no need for dirty games and lawsuits.
