Some people didn't get a planner, just a tap on the shoulder and taken to a room. Some weren't taken to vendor rooms
For the previous person posting, which building laid off 500 on Friday?
I got a planner and was displaced Friday, along with about 500 others in the building, and another 150 at the home/apparel layout center.
Sams side has huge meeting all day 1/23 with MM's, CM's, Regionals then 1/25 all management has mandatory meeting. Suppose to effect regional and markets only, according to sources. We will see.
ISD will be happening next Wednesday.
I've heard that the RIFs are happening now. No specifics. In the past, they have typically been done by 11:00.
Inauguration Day is a poor day to do this on.
Bad PR but then maybe. The idea is to do it on a big news day to fly under the radar
