I have been w/ Lowe's less than a month. I work in ISLG and really enjoy the job. My former DM is a hard working person and his job expertise is superb! In fact the entire dept. Is great. Everybody is very knowledgeable and work well together. No turf wars or bloated egos here! Our store had 3 ASM's let go and the DM's if they choose to do so, can interview for a CSM5 pos. I hate to see this happen because we have a good thing going in our ISLG!

1 month LOL. You think that gives you enough experience to call the company great?? Wait till they start taking more and more but expect you to do more and more. I would love to meet you 5 years from now. I am 100% your tune will be different. Go back to drinking the kool aid. I bet you are in your early 20's. Sounds like a naive person to me..
