Anyone know what the "average" raises will be in GT & O this year. Also anyone know why there do not seem to have been SVP promotions in GT &O this year? The bank is making lots of money....
They have until Feb 8th to communicate comp info to associates.
They don't give out the comp numbers to people who haven't finished their year-end performance reviews. That might explain why some people are still waiting...
My SVP in GT&O is his usual self. No communication to staff about comp. Guess he is handing comp out to his good buddies. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for how it's done.
People were told today across multiple organizations.
Cto did not announce comp today.
I was told it is 1/25 as well
Been also told it's 1/25
Usually end of Jan through 1st week in Feb unless it is really bad news in which case your manager won't tell you until just before the 2/15 pay check is available online.
