I am in Burlington, MA. I was not let go today but a lot of people I work with were.
I was told not to go in b/c it is going to be sad. I don't have an exact number but I'm guessing more than 100 altogether (CA+Burlington) from SPARC hardware.

This spam keeps being posted on all the threads. Obviously it's an Oracle HR/PR monkey. Who else would bother spamming all the discussion threads about RIF's at Oracle.
The question is: why is this spam not being moderated?
A lot of young people in Burlington MA were let go from the SPARC org. A lot of new college hires within the past couple of years. Very sad.

How long you been with oracle? What teams getting hit in Burlington? Did they get rid of older employees?
