Seems an apt term. How sad if results orientation has been replaced by blovaition orientation. Social Darwinizam seems to dictate if you are not competent at blovation then you are at high risk of ssl4/5. I imagine when this takes root even the ceo is powerless. If we assume he is anti blovaition it won't matter because the people who make it to the top are selected for their blovaition ability and will hoodwink the ceo through endless spewing of mindless pap.

After round 1 of ACT, the remaining people turned on each other, new alliances formed and they pushed out one of the people who was in line for VP. There is an uneasy truce but the next reorg / layoff will lead to more bloodletting.
And, of course, nothing of business value has been accomplished (although lots of FOCAL accomplishments have).
It's ok, we just need more all-gender bathrooms to save us.
