So you're aware, FY18 Store Management Structure calls for the reduction from 4 co managers to 2 for all stores under $85 million. Stores over that will keep their 4. ASMs for the same volume will be reduced from 9 to 8. Right now the document is confidential but it will be announced at YBM. I actually saw the document. It's real.

Not what I'm saying....those positions are critical and those jobs aren't going anywhere anytime soon. I'm talking about those super fluff jobs where you know minimal value is being added. Ive done two of those fluff positions and I was urgently trying to get out shortly after I realized how expendable I was.
You're not thinking straight if you think you could make it without the home office. Let's shut down all your systems, registers and merchandise deliveries and see how long you last on "the front lines". 🙄
Maybe your best wasn't delivering the results needed from your position. Don't be afraid to do something different.
