Sigh! As much as I want to see some competition in the market instead of just Intel Intel Intel when it comes to workstations and servers, problem is Intel is doing well despite how screwed up they are. And with this Apple sue Qualcomm, their inferior modem will probably find its way into Apple's next iPhone. AMD oh AMD, I keep hearing talk talk talk about Zen since ages ago, and still not to be seen in market! I really hope to see AMD kick some Intel a--, assuming AMD can deliver with good yield, which is something AMD always screws up in!

These days nobody much cares what intel is doing or BK is saying as they aren't a leader or feared like they were a decade ago, how far this technology giant has fallen. How sorry is the leadership's and little respect this once great company gets these days

Qualcomm always gets into these lawsuits because when you are successful you have a bug target. And every since time, Qualcomm has always prevailed.
Apple is clearly taking advantage of the situation . My inside sources say apple strongarmed Qualcomm into paying apple rebates in order to get a deal.if anyone should be investigated for monopoly practices, it should be apple. The bigger the company, the bigger they lie.
If in Doubt just ask Intel how they paid apple to use their crappy LTE modem in the iPhone.
If anything , this might be a great time to accumulate Qualcomm stock. Because the new snapdragon is going to scream performance
